SEEDPlus Coaching Support

SEEDPlus provides a combination of the online SEED Educational Learning program and face to face coaching support tailored to the service’s needs.
The SEED Coach spends time in the environment and aids the team to work towards priority goals. The aim is to support educators to extend on their current knowledge and skills around Social Emotion Learning (SEL) by using strategies in the online SEED program.
The SEED Coach helps educators to implement new knowledge and strategies into the learning environment in a positive way, supporting children’s social and emotional learning which also has an impact on educator well-being.

"It was helpful to understand why children do what they do. We can now look at things from a different perspective and assist children to recognise their feelings and behaviours and give them strategies that will help and support them throughout life."
